If Michael Corleone had only known how to lead from a purer source than from resentment and his family pride. His leadership vision for his family, his business and the greater society he was a part off, felt genuine to me – and longing for his business to be legit and respectable. To truly take care of people in a way that everyone would have been safe and included, it would have required him to make a shift from head to heart though. It is when we raise our consciousness and adopt Love as our signature, that we intentionally start leading from compassion, care and love so that everyone around us can naturally benefit, flourish and belong.
