We were looking to get the optimum result as a team, in a harmonious and inspiring way. When one of my colleagues suggested PresenceAtWork’s workshops I was sceptical at first, but I soon discovered its value.

Some of the insights were confronting. For instance, I have trouble with arrogance in other people and I had a challenging time with another colleague. But because of the workshop we found a way to respectfully set goals together. That was impactful.
