Sometimes you come across people who are completely free and have the corresponding energy; no negativity and everything feels like smooth sailing. I always thought, “that's how I want to be!” The programme has created a direct path for me to get there. I discovered that I have extreme control over how I feel. I noticed the impact of exercises clearly in my body. For example, by consciously switching between talents in my LBSI profile, I felt my needs changing in the moment. This skill is very useful as an entrepreneur, where you work with many different people.

To me, installing Love-OS means an intentional way of living: experiencing and processing everything consciously. I think you can only do that from the heart and that means it is intertwined with our human core. Unfortunately, we often lose that part along the way and become a kind of passer-by in our own life. I know now that it is relatively easy to get myself back on that path and in flow. The programme provided me with a tool set to keep myself 'high' and in balance. By connecting your head and heart, you are able to include both in all your decisions. Concrete exercises to keep it going at home give me huge leverage.

I dare to make the comparison that what exercise is for the body, Love-OS is for the mind. The potential of this programme is therefore enormous. If more people start thinking collectively, can see the equality of people and from there also make concessions themselves, we may be able to solve the major problems together.
