At the core, Conscious Evolution Leadership is about the transition to another way of being: being from the heart. Even though the feeling wasn’t entirely new to me, the experience was impactful. The biggest insight for me was how little effort it actually takes to make the shift to the heart. I can choose more consciously to make the switch whenever I want or feel that I need to. Because I have a strong imprint of how it feels and what I can do to make the transition, it makes it easier for me to come back to it.

The programme has increased my awareness of myself and how I am doing. It has provided me with tools to take care of myself if something doesn’t feel right. In that sense, I am more at choice and intentional about my state of being and my impact on others around me.

If you operate from your heart as a baseline, then it impacts everything: How you feel, how you think, how you communicate, what you contribute. It is really about being. For instance, if I come from Love, I notice that others feel more seen and heard – and are also more open to me. These may seem like small things, but just imagine the impact if that person does the same, and the next one too. We can really lift each other up!
